Zhou Qi is Head of Cloud-Native Application Platform and Vice Chair of the Open Source Committee, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group.

Dr. Feng Junlan is the Chief Scientist of China Mobile Group, an IEEE Fellow, and served as Chair of the Linux Foundation Networking Board of Directors (2020-2023). She earned her Ph.D. in Acoustics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001 and subsequently worked as a Senior and Principal Researcher at AT&T Labs Research.

Since joining China Mobile in 2013, Dr. Feng has led the company’s AI team in developing core algorithms and technologies. Her work has shaped the comprehensive “Jiutian” AI portfolio, which now supports over 3,700 production applications. Under her leadership, her team has undertaken 21 national-level research projects and won more than 30 international algorithm competitions, alongside numerous national and ministerial honors.

As an accomplished author, Dr. Feng has published over 200 academic papers, co-authored a book, and holds more than 150 patents. She actively contributes to the global academic community as a reviewer and program committee member for top AI conferences and journals, and has held over 15 roles, including committee member or vice chair, in organizations such as the IEEE.

Richard Sikang Bian is the Head of Product and Operations for Ant Ling, the foundational LLM at Ant inclusionAI. Leading the “Model as a Product” team, he drives GTM strategy, ecosystem development, and data sourcing while building innovative proofs-of-concept. A former software engineer at Microsoft and Square/Block, Richard previously served as Head of Open Source at Ant, successfully scaling the initiative into a dedicated cross-functional team through internal incubation. With extensive international experience spanning Singapore, Canada, the US, and China, he specializes in steering zero-to-one strategic initiatives and fostering cross-cultural collaboration to build world-class, user-centric products.

Richard is also an AAIF Ambassador and the former Outreach Chair of LFAI & Data Foundation.

Angie Jones is the VP of Developer Experience at the ​Agentic AI Foundation

An award-winning educator and international keynote speaker, Angie shares her extensive knowledge with software companies and conference audiences worldwide.

As a Master Inventor, Angie is recognized for her innovative, out-of-the-box thinking, which has led to 27 patented inventions in virtual worlds, collaboration software, social networking, smarter planet initiatives, and software development processes.

Mazin Gilbert is the Executive Director of the Agentic AI Foundation, part of the Linux Foundation. An IEEE Fellow with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and a Wharton MBA, Mazin brings 25+ years of experience driving AI innovation from research to global-scale deployment. His career spans senior leadership at Google as Director of Engineering for Google Distributed Cloud AI/ML, and at AT&T as VP of Network Analytics and Automation.

Mazin has built production-grade GenAI, machine learning, and agentic AI platforms at scale. He co-founded open-source landmarks including ONAP, Akraino, and Acumos, and helped found the LF Networking, LF Edge, and LF AI. He has served on the boards of the Open Network Foundation, NSF MLWINS, and the International Computer Science Institute at Berkeley.

Mazin holds 260+ U.S. patents, has authored 100+ research papers, and became an IEEE Fellow in 2012 for pioneering contributions to speech processing.
